The KIPP Through College Team works to guide students so they can gain admission to college-preparatory high schools and succeed to stay on the path to four-year colleges.
Megan Hall, Director of KIPP Through College
My role on the team: As the director of the KIPP Through College team, I lead the KTC staff in setting and accomplishing our goals for the over 1000 students and alumni that we serve. I work with the KTC team, regional leaders and the KIPP Foundation to set long-term program direction. I work with the regional leadership and external partners to maximize our ability to impact our students and alumni and to acquire the funding we need to do our work. I oversee our budget and work to ensure it is handled responsibly.

Krystal HenryManager of High School Placement and Support
My role on the team: I am the Manager of High School Placement and Support. In my work with the middle school, I support 8th grade students and families in understanding the high school options that are available, applying to the various schools, navigating financial aid and preparing for the transition to high school. I also work with the 7th grade students to help them understand the high school process and how they can best prepare for it.
Contact me if… you have questions about the high school placement process, applying to schools (Boarding, Catholic, Charter, Independent, Public), understanding the financial aid process for private schools and what schools would be a best fit for your KIPPster.
Nancy PooleManager of High School Support and Summer Programming
My role on the team: I am the High School Support Advisor for 9th and 10th grade KIPP Baltimore alumni that are attending non-private high schools. My help with the transition to and through high school starts by providing strategies for success while our students are with us in the 8th grade. Support continues into the 9th grade year with monthly meetings designed to tackle different topics and issues that the students are facing. I also work closely with the various high schools to keep a pulse on both our 9th and 10th grade alumni.
Contact me if… you need help with 9th or 10th grade transition issues or help with the transfer process. You may also reach out to me if you need documentation of community service hours that were submitted in middle school.

Nicole Yeftich, Senior Manager of College Support
My role on the team: As a leader on the College Support team, I help KIPP Baltimore alums successfully navigate their lives after high school graduation. For college enrolled KIPPsters, I meet with them on campus and by phone to help with academic, financial aid, and other issues they face.
